Office Manager

Lisa M. O’Day is the Office Manager and Registered Nurse of The O’Day Group. In support of advisor, Kevin J. O’Day, CFP ® they have worked together for over 20 years, helping client’s understand and reach their financial goals. Lisa clearly explains how The O’Day Group may benefit an individual or family seeking out the firm, as they are offered the chance to partner with the team through a free initial consultation with Kevin and John. Lisa also plays a valuable role in helping new and existing clients, as she works directly with underwriters to explore a client’s most cost effective options when considering insurance based solutions such as: long-term care protection and life insurance.

As a result of her ongoing desire to serve others, Lisa sought out her registered nursing license and after working in the local health care profession, Lisa now utilizes those skills daily with The O’Day Group. She advocates for our aging clients, while acting as a resource for their families to offer direction through challenges of health or accidents arising throughout life. Her positive energies make a difference that helps set The O’Day Group apart from other financial planning firms.

Lisa grew up in Maryland, just outside of Baltimore, and enjoys traveling south to visit family. She is passionate about her role as a woman’s advocate, especially when someone is experiencing marital challenges, while the firm helps to navigate the best path forward when someone is faced with separation or divorce.

Lisa married her husband Kevin. Together they raised their family, including a daughter and two sons, in Newark, Delaware before semi-retiring to Florida in 1993. After sometime in Florida Lisa and Kevin returned home and Lisa is pleased to be accompanying Kevin and their son in-law Johnny, as they serve their neighbors in Delaware to achieve financial success. Lisa now resides in Landenberg, Pennsylvania and enjoys spending time with her growing family, and the little “peeps” (her name for her grandchildren). Lisa’s civic activities include serving as a young woman’s leader helping girls develop their confidence and self-worth through life skills and trainings.
